What is Access Bars?

Anne VitAccess Bars are often the first step for many women who are experiencing overwhelm in their lives. This is a meditative experience that allows your nervous system to rest and reset. Access Bars® is a gentle technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head that relate to thoughts, habits, and limiting beliefs. Perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, or mentally overloaded.

What to Expect:

  • 10 minute pre-session chat to support your emotional and mental reset
  • 55 minute Access Bars® treatment
  • 10 minute debrief of the session
  • You remain fully clothed
  • Light touch on specific points on the head
  • A peaceful space to recharge mentally and emotionally
This session is a supportive wellbeing experience and complements your personal growth journey.

Availability: ONLY TREATING WOMEN

Monday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
