Approach to Care

Alex’s approach blends clinical physiotherapy with a thoughtful, whole-body perspective.

She integrates hands-on treatment, movement, and education, while also incorporating elements of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Her interest in women’s health deepened during her own pregnancy, when she experienced firsthand the impact pelvic health physiotherapy can have. This continues to shape her care helping her guide patients with empathy, understanding, and encouragement.

Alex strives to create a safe, warm, and judgement-free environment, where patients feel comfortable asking questions, learning about their bodies, and actively participating in their recovery.

She believes it is a privilege to support each woman in feeling strong, confident, comfortable, and in control of her health.
