She works with individuals of all ages, including infants and children, using a gentle, hands-on approach that looks at how the body functions as a whole.

Approach to Care
Lizbeth’s approach to care is rooted in understanding the body as an interconnected system.
Her journey into osteopathy began after her own powerful healing experience with neck and back pain; an experience that inspired her to pursue a path focused on helping others restore balance and function in their bodies.
She uses gentle manual techniques, including visceral osteopathic work, to support the body’s natural movement and internal function. This can be especially helpful for concerns such as digestive discomfort, post-surgical scars and adhesions, and lower back pain.
Lizbeth also provides care for infants and children, offering gentle treatments to support development, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Her care is thoughtful, attentive, and tailored to each individual, with a focus on both physical relief and overall balance.
