Approach to Care
Dr. Maddy believes every patient deserves individualized, patient-centred care tailored to their unique needs and goals. She enjoys caring for adults, active individuals, athletes, and families, helping patients move well and continue doing the things they love. Her treatment approach may include chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, personalized rehabilitation exercises, therapeutic modalities, lifestyle recommendations, and patient education. Her clinical interests include neck and back pain, sports-related injuries, mobility restrictions, and overuse injuries.
Background & Training
During her chiropractic education, Dr. Maddy also worked as a Stretch Therapist, helping clients improve mobility, movement quality, and overall function through a whole-body approach. She worked with a broad range of individuals, from those experiencing everyday mobility concerns to golfers and athletes looking to optimize their movement and performance. This experience strengthened her appreciation for the role mobility and movement can play in longevity, injury prevention, recovery, and performance. Today, she brings that same movement-focused philosophy to her chiropractic care, helping patients build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement and recovery.
Dr. Maddy is also currently completing additional training in acupuncture and looks forward to incorporating acupuncture into her practice once certified this fall.
Life Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Dr. Maddy enjoys staying active through strength training, running, Pilates, and finding new ways to challenge herself. With a lifelong background in sports, she has more recently taken on HYROX and marathon training. Her own love of movement helps shape her passion for helping patients move better, recover well, and confidently return to the activities they love.
