Meet Rowan Edwards

Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist
Rowan is a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist through Stretch to Win Canada and a Kinesiology student with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they love.
Using the evidence-informed Stretch to Win® method, Rowan provides one-on-one assisted Fascial Stretch Therapy tailored to each client’s individual needs, movement patterns, and goals. Her approach uses gentle, pain-free stretching techniques to help improve mobility and flexibility, reduce tension and discomfort, and restore more natural, efficient movement.
Rowan loves solving movement “puzzles”—looking beyond where someone is experiencing discomfort to better understand the restrictions and compensation patterns that may be contributing to it. Whether working with an athlete looking to optimize performance, someone recovering from physical strain, or a client simply wanting to feel less stiff and move more freely, Rowan takes an individualized, whole-body approach to care.
Background & Training
Rowan’s interest in fascia and functional movement began through her background in equine sports therapy. Growing up on an equine breeding and training farm, horses have always been a major part of her life. Her experience working with performance horses showed her firsthand how restrictions in fascia and movement can influence comfort and performance, and she became fascinated by how closely those same principles apply to the human body. This ultimately led her to pursue Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Life Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Rowan competes in dressage and enjoys horse training and breeding, sports photography, fitness, and spending time outdoors. She is also passionate about continuing her education and is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge of movement, mobility, and performance.
